Our client is an industrial contracting and engineering firm operating in the Gulf South.  This entity specializes in energy efficiency projects for the petrochemical industry. B&L has been retained to provide financial and accounting support services including the outsourcing of financial reporting, cash flow projections, general ledger accounting, and payroll processing.

• B&L’s administrative team is responsible for the processing of payroll for 100 – 300 employees weekly for the entity.
• Our administrative team is also responsible for all cost reimbursable, target price, and lump sum billings for the entity on a daily basis.

Commercial & Multi-Family General Contractor

• Our firm is providing significant financial consulting in the areas of financial reporting, finance department structure, banking matters, and internal systems improvement. 

Regional Site Work Contractor

Our client is a very well respected governmental and commercial site work contractor operating in the Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. The entity is in the midst of a growth phase that has resulted in it more than doubling in size from 2007 to 2009.

• Our firm is presently working closely with the Company on a financial system conversion, as well as assisting it with significant improvements to its financial department staffing and internal control structure.
• In addition, our administrative team converted its payroll systems on an emergency basis and is processing all payrolls for the entity weekly.

Occupational Medicine Contracting Entity

Our client is a contracting entity specializing in providing occupational medicine services for governmental and industrial clients throughout the United States.

• B&L was initially engaged to assist the client with its DCAA compliance needs.  Upon completion of that process, B&L was engaged to provide a variety of accounting and administrative services.
• B&L is presently working closely with the entity in managing all financial aspects of its multi-year contracts with Jacobs Engineering and NASA.
